Collection and drop-off don’t cost extra anywhere in Karon, and you settle up in cash at reception, or by bank transfer if you bank in Thailand, only once your laundry is back in your hands. Every price is per kilo, based on the weight we record at pickup. The 5 kg floor applies to the whole order, not to each type of item — feel free to mix clothing, towels and beachwear in one bag.

5 kg floor per order
A bag under 5 kg is still billed as 5 kg. Past that mark, you only pay for the actual weight.

Collection and delivery are included, wherever you’re staying in Karon.
Never shared with another order
Each order goes through its own cycle, never combined with someone else’s. It’s standard, not an upgrade.
Dried indoors, not on a line
We rely on machine dryers rather than hanging things outside — more reliable given the local humidity. Flag any delicate pieces when you book and we’ll use a lower setting.
What we don’t handle
Dry-clean-only items, leather, suede and footwear are outside what we offer. Mention any valuable or delicate pieces before we collect.
